Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbing all around of chequered tile/paver block, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shelves and similar articles with plain faces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for Formwork to flat chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, sun shed etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or welded, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, fencing angle including cutting top to shape as directed, barred iron doors, ladders, farmed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 or E-165 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Posts/struts of angle iron made to shape shall be welded to existing angle iron bracket of security wall, contractor shall make his own arrangement for welding for boundary wall by using gen sets or any alternative arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix of Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks, heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and stables; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde -165. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and Fix premoulded cast iron gate of FE-150 confirming to IS ornamental type in cast iron cum mild steel of 6.20 span, 3.0m to 4.065m in height two leaves and wicket gate in cast iron cum mild steel of 1.5m span, 2.1m height in single leaf, including necessary welding, pintol hinges, steel ball bearing plates and locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) Frame of cast iron gate shall be mild steel pipe frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 4.5mm thick conforming to grade Fe-410 or Fe-310. (b) RCC pillar/ brick pillar and painting to steel surface including all connected items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (c) Design as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix mild steel works as in doors, gates in ornamental of angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled, welded etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250 Quality-A), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Taking down and refixing for mild steel gate & wicket gate area not exc 10 Sqm each at any size including welding/cutting and fixing in RCC Column, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for Preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix in repair Galvanized 2 stand Steel Barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel pins, etc including taking down of existing barbed wire as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge
Restraining resecuring including making good staples or tightening of cross wire galvanised barbed wire in any dia of wire or any spacing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Taking down existing angle iron from wall embedded in PCC and refixing in the same opening/position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing in repair concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 1.5m to 3.00 m apart and stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Taking down and refixing in same position after repairing of damage of fencing post concertina coil any dia reinforced punched(chrome razor or blade wire with barbed top of 0.5mm thick galvanised sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire including galvanised MS staples/Clips for tying at crossing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix mild steel security chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1.00mm thick PVC coating throughout fixed to RCC post including binding wire complete and including taking down of existing chain link fencing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other ends dia of shank 5 to 10 mm and length of bolt exc. 5cm but not exc 10cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, in horizontal support for chain link straining of fencing including cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Cleaning of open drains having inner girth width upto 0.60m and depth upto 1.2 metre by removing mud, sludge silt, garbage, debris, sludge, vegetation etc and 1 metre both side of drain also clear as vegetation and levelling the earth work and removing debris by manually or mechanically form out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
