Job contract for operation & maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations, involving operation, maintence , repair attending of compliants/faults/breakdown and rectification, ensuring serviciability satisfactory working condition of the system at Kolhapur Airport and to Carry out operation / routine / preventive / breakdown maintenance of all Internal & External Electrical Installations,Terminal builidng, GLF(Ground lighting facility)/runway lights, CCR's, Power house,Fire station,NDB, and office work such as data entry/SAP/E-tender,documentation etc. as required, as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions coverd under this contract on all days including sundays and holidays as per special conditions of contract and directions of Engineer-in-charge as required.The minimum manppower should be deployed as follows: (a) 01 No. Highly skilled (Supervisor) (b) 02 No. Skilled (Electrical) (c) 01 Nos. Semi-Skilled (Electrical) (d) 03 Nos. Unskilled (Helper) (e) 03 No. Highly skilled (Computer operator)

Comprehensive maintenance contract for following Air Conditioners which involves comprehensive maintenance of Air Conditioners of different makes at different locations including supply of spares and consumables as per the contract terms & conditions and instructions of Engineer-in-charge as required.. i) 1.5 TR /2.0 TR Split /casette type AC units

Comprehensive maintenance contract for R.O. Water Purifier and cooler which involves comprehensive maintenance of R.O. Water Purifier at different locations including supply of spares and consumables and providing output water test report from government approved lab or equivalent quaterly as per the contract terms & conditions and instructions of Engineer-in-charge as required (make: blue star with built in aquguard capacity 80ltrs)

Supply of Bi-pin lamp holder for 200 W & 45 W, 6.6 A HIRL/MIRL fittings of makes as per list of approved makes suitable for AMA make Runway light fittings.

Supply of 45 watts 6.6 Amps, 2 pin Halogen lamp suitable for the MIRL fitting as per list of approved makes suitable for AMA make Taxi way light fittings.

Supply of 200 watts 6.6 Amps, 2 pin Halogen lamp suitable for the HIRL fitting as per list of approved makes suitable for AMA make Runway light fittings.

Supply of Clear lenses for PAPI Unit suitable for AMA make aviation ground lighting system generally conforming to relevant IS.

(Charges for repair / rectification of the pump or motor is not included). i) above 5.0 HP and upto 7.5 HP

Rewinding of following capacity motors by dismantling, cutting of burnt out wire, rewinding with new suitable guage enamelled fine copper wire, varnishing, baking, re-assembling,complete overhauling of the motor including To & fro transportation to the site etc., complete job as on when required. i) 7.5 HP Submersible

Approx. distance from petrol bunk to Kolhapur Airport power house is 5 Km. Including loading and unloading complete as required.

Rental charges for providing and arranging decorative lighting for occasions like Independence Day, Republic Day etc., to cover facade of entire terminal building complete as required with minimum of following i) LED focus Light of minimum 60 watts x 30 nos. of colours as per EIC ii) LED strips of length 25 feet x 25 nos. of colours as per EIC iii) LED pixel strips/rope 20 feet x 25 nos. of colours as per EIC and other miscellaneous items etc., complete as required to cover facade of terminal building of dimensions of 60(L) x 40(B) x 20(H) (Approx.) as per directions of EIC (per job 3 days of decorative lighting)

Supply of Rechargable LED emergency light with minimum backup lighting of 4 hours of power consumption; minimum of 4 watt (Make and model: Philips Ujjwal Plus Rechargable LED Lantern or equivalent)

Supply of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of grade 1.1 kV of following size as per IS 7098 (part 1) amended upto date etc complete as required. 3.5 x 95 sq. mm

Supply of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of grade 1.1 kV of following size as per IS 7098 (part 1) amended upto date etc complete as required. 3.5 x 35 sq. mm

Supply of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of grade 1.1 kV of following size as per IS 7098 (part 1) amended upto date etc complete as required. 2 x 16 sq. mm

Dismantling and Re-Installation, testing and commissioning of existing PAPI (AMA make) System (04 units) along with all its accessories i/e., transformer housing boxes, bases for checking stick , taking level & setting right angles (minimum 03 times) by Total Station / Theodolite, excavation, RCC foundation (1:2:4) upto required level, plastering, refilling, providing foundation bolts and nuts, fitting, fixing, cleaning, marking, earthing, connecting, providing pipe for secondary leads, painting and ground calibration of the system etc. complete as required. (By specialized agency as approved by EIC , the result should be consistent for three operational days)

Supply of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep double ball bearing cu wound suitable for operation at 230V, 50Hz AC etc. supply complete as required.(Make: BAJAJ -Edge or equivalent as per approved makes list)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level - 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Installation of Transformer Housing Box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top sloppedd with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling etc. complete as required.

Supply of water tight MS housing boxes of outer size 330mm X 330mm X 150 mm (height) made out of top 15mm thick plat & bottom 10 mm thick plat and side surface with 6mm thick plates and having three holes to receive DWC/GI pipes as per site requirement, clear opening of 225mm dia. on top surface, 06 nos. M10 holes on top surface to match base plates of light fitiings, drain hole on bottom surface to receive 15 mm dia. GI pipe, earth studs etc. as required as per drawing attached.

DSR 2018 item for Rs. 3,00,000/- (excluding GST) [Note : The rate may be quoted in the following manner - (i) If quoted rate is Rs. 2,70,000/- then the percentage will considered as 10% below DSR 2018. (Rs. 3,00,000 - 10%) (ii) If quoted rate is Rs. 3,30,000/- then the percentage will considered as 10% above DSR 2018. (Rs. 3,00,000 + 10%) Note: DSR 2018 is inclusive of GST, however the contractor has to quote the rates above or below excluding
