Charges for patrolling of all tracks, checking & tightening of bolts and nuts of fish plate joints, crossing, tongue rails, steady bar, stretcher bar, bolts and nuts two way keys, split cotters/ elastic rail clips, point boxes, oil and greasing of tongue rail & switches and side surface of rails head in the curved track line area point box. (Graphite grease (Gr.O)IS 408 of 1081 1kg/day is under contractor’s scope.)
Charges for renewal of worn out CST 9 sleepers/ steel sleeper by new PSC sleeper (T2496)/ available SH CST 9 sleepers this work includes leading of PSC sleepers from road approach area to track line area.
Charges for de greasing of scrub jungle clearance removal of vegetation & small plants in both side of the siding track. Scrub jungle & vegetation in and around NCTPS inside siding track. (Scrub jungle disposed by burning).
Clearing of juliflora jungle without uprooting in both side slope formation areas in Athipattu siding track. (Juliflora jungle disposed by burning).
Charges for removing the elastic rail clip by cleaning the insert surface, greasing and re-fixing the same. (Graphite grease (Gr.O)IS 408 of 1081 1kg/day is under contractor’s scope.)
Charges for Levelling the track line to zero, by checking and aligning the track rail with piano wire on one side and parallelism of another side rail etc.
