SCHEDULE "A"

Item No 1: Removing old tar felt and loose dirt, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 2: M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note-WPC will be measurd and paid seprately)

Item No 3: applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.

Item No 4: M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

Item No 5: Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 6: Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling,cement concrete tile, terrazzo tiles, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Item No 7: S & F Non - skid colour Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Item No 8: M&L Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertifical surface 450X300X7/ 350X250X 7mm thick with necessary border etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over including 10mm thick renderting/ backcoating in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed

Item No 9: Taking up or down, 15mm bore, existing steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to stores complete all as specified and directed
