Providing and fixing of M.S. grill for using M.S flat 25x5mm and inner 20x5mm in correct position including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour,etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of Aluminum sliding window in Window frame bottom 62 x 31.5mm with 2 track arrangements with top and sides using 62 x 31.5mm 2 track @ 0.778 kg/m and shutter frame with using shutter lock 40x18mm @ 0.630 kg/m, Top & bottom 40x18mm @ 0.380 and vertical 40X18 @ 0.493 kg/m 5.5 mm thick plain glass, window frame, shutter frame, rubber beading, screws, wheels, shutter interlocks to its required position after cleaning of all sections including gutter. The rate includes the cost of dismantling the existing window, all labour,accessories, lead, lift ,transporting charges etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing of door flush type (single leaf) with factory made shutters using 25mm particle board as per IS 3087/1985 with b-type T.W beading bonded with water resisting adhesive fixed to C.W door frame of size 100x 65 mm and fully threaded GI screw as per ISO 1003/1977 and with following fixtures for door.6 nos iron hold fast of size 230x5x50mm,3 nos oxidized iron but hinges 100mm size ,2nos 200x12mm anozides aluminum tower bolts,1 no 250 x 16 mm anodized aluminum aldrop,1 no rubber bush,1no wire stopper,2 no anodized aluminum handles of size 150mm ,1 no chromium plated internal locking arrangement of approved quality.

Supplying and fixing of PVC panelled door shutters hollow type panels and styles with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced including cost of neccesary hinges and other furniture fittings including cost of all materials labour ,lead,lift,T&P,etc., Complete.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc

Supplying and fixing in position IWC of size 580mmx440mm,with approved color and make ,white glazed earthernware 'p' or 's' trap with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using lime concrete 100mm thick and finishing the top with required slope without leakage ,etc., complete.

Painting two coats with oil bound Distemper of first class quanlity paint and of approved color ,including through scrapping,clean removal of dirt ,etc.,complete and including plaster of paris ,putty wherever required.

Color washing two coats with exterior plastic emulsion and one coat of primer with white cement over the exterior wall surface including through scrapping ,cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour,lead, lift ,cutting, water charges etc complete.

Painting two coat with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality over the wooden/iron surface including scrapping ,clean removal of dirt,labour charges,cost of paint,etc.,complete.

Supplying and providing water proofing treatment with Polimeric asphalt membrane sheet 4 kg/cm2 incorporate with centre core of HM HDPE film of 90micron including cleaning surface removing the existing tar sheet and coating. The surface with water based bituminous primer and bitumen of 85/25 grade or 90/15 grade at 1.20kg/m2 both at bottom and top of membrane with overlab 100mm sealed by LPG flame torch including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of rain water down pipe 100mm dia,6 kg/m2 including cost of labour,lead,lift,T&P,etc and as directed by Engineer at site.
