Material and labour for detailed study and recommendation for carrying out Soil Resistivity Test in 4 (Four) Directions at various location within the 25 mtr radius complete all as specified in following general condition including misc works required for the soil resistivity test as per IS (Indian electricity rules) requirement. Note - General condition (i) Field Audit Team to be deployed at site duly observing the safety rules as prescribed as per testing regulations. (ii) Safety procedures and any other action / precaution such as health check up to be undertaken by the firm before commencing the work in the area. (iii) The detailed study/analysis and design reports of existing building earthing infrastracture shall be furnish in Auto Cadd formet and also recommend the quantity of earth electrode with connected accessories for required value of earth resistence as per AFO 24/19 and OEM specified values as per following details :- (a) Power Earthing (PS) - Less than 1 Ohm (b) Signal Earthing (SG) - Less than 1 Ohm (c) Equipment Earthing (EQ) - Less than 1 Ohm for AFNET Equipment room and Less than 3 OHM for L-2 Locations (d) Lightning Arrester (LA)- Less than 5 Ohms (e) Labour charge for disconnecting/Connecting of earth strip from / to the earth electrode and required any hardware such as bolts, nuts etc for breaking of concrete or any other civil required to drive the spike / probes during testing shall be includes quoted rates of items. (f) Study of existing building earthing infrastructure at AFS Jalahalli and remedial action to overcome deficiencies in accordance with following standard:- (i) BS -7430 clause 8.5 (ii) Indian standard code of practice for earthing IS : 3043-1987 (reaffirmed 2006) (iii) IS/IEC 62305-3 of 2010 IS: protection against lightning. (iv) IEEE 1100-2205 - IEEE recommended practices for powering and ground electronics equipment.
