M&L for surface preparation - Concrete floor should be clean, sound and free from contamination such as oil and grease, mortar and paint splashes or curing compound residues and previously done resin flooring, etc. These deposits are best removed by mechanical grinding/scarification or light shot blasting followed by thorough cleaning using vacuum cleaners. Removal of all oil, grease, etc can also be done using a degreasing solution and brushing the floor with hard broom or wire brush and then detergent washing and mopping. If wetting of the floor has taken place during preparation, it must be allowed to dry out (surface moisture content should be less than 5%) before commencement of EPU floor application. All cracks and construction joints need to be cut open. Cracks need to be cut open in a 5mm x 5mm groove and construction joints at full width up to 1/3 rd depth of the concrete thickness or till the loose concrete and to be filled with rigid epoxy putty (as per manufactures specifications), complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying and applying 5 mm thick heavy duty, chemical resistant, abrasion resistant Epoxy Polyurethane Flooring system over old concrete surface (3 mm thick epoxy primer/ scratch coat and screed + 2 mm thick self leveling/ smoothing top coat) - (i) Immediately prior to priming, the surface (application area) should be thoroughly cleaned to remove any remaining traces of dust or other loose materials using suitable means. Providing and applying solvent free epoxy primer at a coverage rate (Base : Hardener proportion as per manufactures specification) in two coats using a brush or short/ medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs, ensuring a uniform coating is achieved, allowing second coat to dry for 24 hrs or as per manufacturers instructions, care should be taken to avoid over application. (ii) Providing and applying a epoxy screed (Base : Hardener : Aggregate) at a coverage rate (as specified by the manufacturer) of up to a nominal 3 mm thick (including thickness of epoxy primer) over prepared (old) concrete floor (application area) using a notched trowel or a pin screed. Immediately roll the spread material with spiked roller to release all entrapped air and remove trowel marks. The rolling should be carried out using a back and forth technique along the same path. An overlap of 50% with adjacent path is recommended. The screed should be allowed to cure for 12-48 hours at 20 o C before applying top coat. (iii) Providing and applying a self leveling/ smoothing top coat of EPU resin (Base : Hardener : Aggregate : Color pack) at a coverage rate (as specified by the manufacturer) of up to a nominal thickness 2mm over previously cured surface of epoxy screed using notch trowel or pin screed and using the approved color shade. Immediately roll the spread material with spiked roller to release all entrapped air and remove trowel marks. The rolling should be carried out using a back and forth technique along the same path. An overlap of 50% with adjacent path is recommended. The finished surface should be protected from other trades using kraft paper or similar breathable material. Polythene should not be used. Protect the installed floor from damp, condensation and water for at least 4 days, complete all as specified and directed.
Note for Ser Item No 1 & 2 :- (i) Anchorage groove cutting by mechanical cutter machine with double size of proposed PU floor thickness to all end points of flooring, offsets and as per the instruction of manufacturer should be provided without any extra cost before application of primer/ scratch coat. (ii) Component of product in required proportions (as per the manufacturers instructions) to be mixed using a forced- action rotary paddle mixer up to recommended time of mixing. (iii) Primer/ scratch coat and top coat should be applied by specialist applicator who must follow procedure and guidelines specified by manufacturer or code of practices.
The cured/ final surface shall exhibit the following minimum typical properties :- Compressive strength @ 28 days - 45 N/mm2, Tensile strength - 10 N/mm2, Flexural strength - 15 N/mm2.
Providing and applying 125mm wide in two coats of traffic marking lines to achieve a total dry film thickness 90 microns over EPU flooring using high performance epoxy resin floor coating in required colour shade and pattern, applied using spray/ brush or lambs wool roller as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, base etc, complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor including terrazo flooring and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above the ground level) built in cement mortar. Complete all as specified
M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed
M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F of Structural steel for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl one coat of red oxide primer with and incl preparation of new surface of steel not exc 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for mild steel framed work section as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails braces etc /windows chowkhats/Shutter frame of steel gate of grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including all necessary machine wks i.e. cutting, welding, grinding etc, complete all as specified and directed.
S&F of MS pipe for tensile structure of any type and size as specified including fabrication, erection and Red oxide spray paint & 2 coat enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
Providing & fixing of Tensile Fabric (fabric of passing minimum criteria that is total weight 900GSM Sattler Pro-Tex Architecture Type 2 Serge Ferrari Advance Fabric, tensile strength over frame. The Fabric shall be installed, tensioned using a tensioning device and shall not sag at any point. The fabric will be fixed on the frame with fixing accessories like SS Plates Wire SS Fitting aluminum section with powder coated top covers, self drilling screws. Scaffolding & Civil Work :- All scaffolding required for the erecting of structure fabrics and Civil works required at site for anchoring/ strengthening of structure , shall be arranged by Contractor and included in quoted rate
S&F of 4 mm (+/- 0.2 mm) thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) false ceiling, aluminium alloy of grade 3003 H14 with elongation of 6% , tensile strength of aluminium skin 145 N/mm2 , thickness of PE core 3.5 mm including all hanging accessories to fixed the false ceiling of design, colour and shed as specified and directed. Notes:- All safety measures for the safety of workmen shall be ensured by the contractor.
Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for brick (Old size brick) work with sub-class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including a coat of cement based primer, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone agg) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for factory made PU coated, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with coloured pigment made of PVC moulded (or rubber mould) with vibrating system, with and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, including in CM (1:3) in edges of pavers, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of sand cushion is is included in quoted rate.
M&L for Granite 20 mm thick over including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F for boom barrier design for large opening of 6 m, for controlling vehicles traffic in parking , including platform for fixing and specifications of barier should be 3m straight aluminium alloy arm, 3S opeing/closing time, SUS304 stainless steel cabinet, L-cabinet on left, arm on right, R-cabinet on right, arm on left, IP 55, complete all as specified and as directed.
