S & F ceiling fan AC single phase 230 V of size 1200 mm sweep with blade white/ brown including down rod of suitable length as per site requirement and connected with flexible cord of size 23/0/0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAKE: Orient/ Bajaj/ Usha/ CG/ Havells.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective parts, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding etc and hanging up/ fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTES: (a) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for minor items viz nuts, bolts split pin and rubber wheel etc. (b) Capacitor, bearing & rewinding of fan shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply only capacitor of 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only bearing No 6201/ 6202/ 6203 suitable for ceiling fan/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAKE: SKF/ NBC/ TATA/ FAG.

M & L for removing burnt out copper winding wire from ceiling fan of any make and size of 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep including cleaning of slots etc and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire as per existing size/ gauge including insulating material, varnishing and drying complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 6.00 above but for exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing tube light/ building light fitting of any capacity from ceiling of any height & offering credit complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Contractor shall take the old tube light fittings complete with all accessories such as ballast, starter, capacitor, tube rod etc as credit.

S & F LED 15 Watt surface mounted 1 x 1 luminaire, made in white powder coated CRCA housing with LEDs, seamless front frame with white coloured flat acrylic cover including making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. M & L for point wiring with stranded copper conductor cable 4.0 Sqmm 1100 V grade PVC insulated FR grade cables, ISI marked drawn through and including suitable size PVC conduit medium grade concealed in walls/ ceiling/ roof of suitable size fixed to surface including continuous copper earth`wire 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FR cable connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F single pole and netural enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket industrial type complete with one MCB single pole 240 Volts 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and install hi wall split AC indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit & with in built air ioniser & plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating 1.5 TR capacity, out door unit stand/ support, indoor unit stand, indoor to out door cabling all as per OEM and as directed by Engr in Charge. MAKE: Blue Star Model No IC518DBTU or equivalent in Daikin/ Carrier

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE: V Guard or equivalent as approved by GE.

S & F including brazing of copper tube with insulation, electrical cable & drain pipe from indoor unit to outdoor unit suitable for split / floor mounted ACs complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for point wiring with single core 4 Sqmm size multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable and one single core 2.5 Sqmm size green colour PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor PVC cable as earth continuity conductor, 1100 Volts grade, complete drawn in and including rigid PVC CASING & CAPPING with accessories, conforming to relevant IS specifications, on wall/ ceiling/ trusses with suitable clamps, screws etc, including 1.22 mm thick MS terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for mounting SOCKETS OUTLET 15 Amps multi purpose on independent board ches, sockets, fan regulators etc., including connecting up and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
