Removing excavated material outside MD n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level in n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading , levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 15 mm dia galvanized tubing ,medium grade with all fittings specials such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces connection, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc laid in trenches and laid in Walls & laid in floor and ceiling etc, including taking up and down old GI tubing with fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items here-in-before.

Supply and laying 20 mm dia galvanized tubing ,medium grade with all fittings specials such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces connection, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc laid in trenches and laid in Walls & laid in floor and ceiling etc, including taking up and down old GI tubing with fittings complete all as specified and directed. Taking down the existing unserviceable 15 mm dia Gate valve and supply and fix new 15 dia gun metal globe/gate valve with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable 20 mm dia Gate valve and supply and fix new 20 dia gun metal globe/gate valve with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the top of the sluice valve of size 80 mm dia carefully, taking out the gate & spindle, scraping/cleaning the gate both sides, cleaning/scraping of sluice valve body thoroughly from inside, refixing / replacing the spindle, gate check nut and top of sluice valve including replacement of gland packing rope of suitable size & rubber gasket and Bolt,nut with washers necessary metalling ,grinding and leveling of the valve door seating etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Check nut and spindle shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

Opening the top of the sluice valve of size 100 mm dia carefully, taking out the gate & spindle, scraping/cleaning the gate both sides, cleaning/scraping of sluice valve body thoroughly from inside, refixing / replacing the spindle, gate check nut and top of sluice valve including replacement of gland packing rope of suitable size & rubber gasket and Bolt,nut with washers necessary metalling ,grinding and leveling of the valve door seating etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Check nut and spindle shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

S&F cast iron bends (any radius and angle) tappers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket) Tee, pieces single branch, “ Y” junction, double branch, cross ( all socket or socket spigot) collars, caps, caps & plugs of the size upto 150mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of bituminous Road/floor/plinth protection for laying pipe not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 depth, including refiling with excavated material and watering well ramming/compacting and making good top surface with PCC 1:2:4 100 mm thick type B-0 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling mass concrete and making good distrubed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Carry out day to day rectification of water supply complaints like Leakage of water supply line any sizes, broken/Crack of the GI/CI/DI Pipes any sizes, replacement of unserviceable Gate valves, replacement of gland rope and rubber packing to any size of Sluice valves etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) GI Fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (ii) GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iii) Excavation and earth work required in rectification of complaints shall be included in quoted rates. (iv) Materials and fittings used for rectify the complaints like Lead, Gate valves, gland rope, rubber packing, Shellac bottle, cotton thread etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (v) Pipe fitter with Helpers deployed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 08.45 Hrs morning to receive complaints on complaint slip. (vi) Complaint slip duly printed (as per format) to be provided by the contractor for detailing of complaint to pipe fitter & helper by department and complaints should be rectified on same day. In case not rectification of complaints on same day, an amount of Rs- 600/- per day shall be recovered from contractor dues. (vi) Transport/vehicle shall be arrange by the contractor to attending the complaints. Amount for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for making good the damaged valve chamber.
