Back filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.

Making plinth protection 150 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth

With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing and laying P.C.C[1:4:8] using 4cm size metal etc in foundation and floors using cement , 40 mm size crusher broken H.G.Metal and screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting ,lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming ,watering and curing etc

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete having compressive strength at 28 days test not lessthan 250kg/sq.cm for reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved design mix etc including Rigid & smooth centering and shuttering. Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mmx32mmx2mm @ 0.90mtr.C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mmx32mmx2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification ,buffing, polishing etc with cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials, labour, T & P etc. requird for the complete in all respect.
