Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian,cico,durabuild or equivelent Brand as approved by E/I) having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with 7 years Warranty NSI

As in item 10.01 but 6 mm thick grey corrugated asbestos sheet. (CSI No. 10.03)

As in item 10.02 above but with ridges, valley and gutters of asbestos sheets. (CSI No. 10.04)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 mtr. and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick (class-150) work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like grainite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries and approved coarse sand in proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P.

Repair to 2.5 cm (1") cement concrete floor in patches including up to 10 cm.(4") depth renewing 8 cm.(3") base concrete consisting of one part cement, 4 parts aproved coarse sand and 8 parts of 4 cm.(1.5") gauge brick ballast as in C.C.floor consisting of one part cement 2 parts approved coarse sand and 4 parts approved stone grit including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 20.03)

6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Renewing panes of 4.8 to 5.7 mm glass including supply of glass with putty and brads including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(a) glass of 4 mm thick. (CSI No. 20.04)

3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.)

Concrete with 4cm gauge I class brick ballast (class 150) , coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion. (CSI No.5.01 )

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying floor of 8 mm thick vitrified tiles in flooring or skirting of approved brand (Bell, Johnson or equi. make) size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern , laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 12.18)

Painting or varnishing old iron work in small areas or old wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to theI.S. 103-1950.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm thick single leaf flush door shutter ( boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1 (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges,bolts.locks,handles, springs and other aluminium fittings including their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work. (CSI No. 13.20)

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(CSI No.13.21)

Same as in item 13.22 but for each coat of APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .on previously treated surface. (CSI No. 13.24)

Supply and Laying 6 mm thick glazed tiles of size 300x450 mm in skirting / dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete,including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 12.12)

Supply and Laying 8 mm thick white glazed floor tiles of Somany, Johnson or equivalent make, of size 300x300 mm, laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of the work.

As in item 13.08 but for every coat on previously old oil bound distemper surface. (CSI No. 13.10)

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Wiring point for fan /fresh air fan (light duty exhaust fan) with 1.5 sq.mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire, piano type switch & ceiling rose on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc, complete in all respect.

Wiring Point for plug with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface,complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire , GP Box and piano type switch and socket etc. complete in all respect

Wiring point for exhaust fan/Power Plug with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface complete with14 SWG copper earth continuity wire, 15 A piano type switch & ceiling rose on 3 mm.thick henolic laminated backelite sheet etc, complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe 4 Kg./ Sq.cm for water supply mains & rain water pipe of Tirupati or equi. Make with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc. including cutting of pipe where necessary and including excavation of trenches for laying the pipe line of approved size (600 x 900 mm) and including its back filling after testing the pipe line , watering, ramming etc complete including disposal of surplus earth from the sides upto 100 mtr as per direction of Engineer incharge as required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing steel glazed window and ventilators of standard rolled Mann or Mahavir steel sections conforming to IS 7452-1974 as per drawing joints metered & welded with 100x14x3.15 mm holdfast embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm. Size of 1:3:6 proportion I.E. First part of cement 3 part of approved coarse sand & 6 part of graded stone (aggregated 20mm. Nominal size) S/F of glass panes of plain pin headed 4mm. Thick nuts glazing clips and special putty of approved make complete and including a cost of red oxide paint. The fabrication should conform to I.S.1038-1975. (Aluminum beading with rubber packing included).

Providing and fixing flat back 465 mm.x 355 mm x 265 mm. size lipped front urinal basin of white glazed earthern ware first quality (Hindutan, Neycer make) I.S.I. marked including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 27.05)

First class bricks on edge floor laid dry, joints sand filled, including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
