Taking down old damaged Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps ad back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damage Steel LT pole of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing complete with rusted strip & earth plate of any shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable stay assembly complete with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Prunning of tree branches not less than 1.5 mtr around the LT/HT Over head line which obstructing the maintainance of electric supply as well as illumination in area including repair of damage broken ACSR conductor GI wire and jumpers, testing of line complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Each span shall not be less than 30 mtr length.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles of 9.0 mtr long, type 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, painted with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed portion including painted with two coat of sinthetic enamel paint of two different colour of 30 cm wide strip up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint of size as decided by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Excavation, earth work, PCC foundation & PCC coping shall be measured & paid under respective items.

M&L For Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps ad back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending drilling, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 01, dia of stay rod is 20 mm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Earth work and PCC measured and paid seperately under respective items.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations of poles, struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in couping of poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed

Excavation in in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materialn not exceeding 50mtr &deposited where direceted at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrabove the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in spreading, levelling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks common burnt sub class B designation for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading clean dry sand cushioning to underground cable in layers of 23 cm (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15cm deep over the cable) after laying the cable in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm , and filling in FOL Store as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness will be considered for payment.

S&F for denger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x 15 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded alluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of alluminium lugs. For the following sizes complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- 1. Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvansied steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level earth plate connected with GIearthing strip (25X4mm) as earthing lead for transformer/feeder pillar box etc by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and wahers of galavanised iron all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch part I and testing on completion. including neccessary excavation and earth work, adequate common slat, charcoal dust and funnel PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pit with pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bars, MS bar 3 Nos both ways funnel with 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe and earthing lead 40mm light grade protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of uncerviceable Phase reading indicating LED lamp with holder 230 volt, for all 3 phases (RYB) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ACSR conductor (mink, weasel, squirrel, or ferrate) for LT over head lines on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 250 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Hot press PVC moulded (Fire Proof) junction box of size 180 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm, complete with two No. aluminium bus bar of size 100 mm x 30 mm x 05 mm for phase and neutral, mounted on insulators, front opening door, locking arrangement and fixing with suitable size clamp and nut and bolt on pole, Including connection of incomer and out going cable by Galvanizes nut bolt and washer of suitable size and proper lugs, making hole in bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 100mm high and 65 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers one galvanised iron nut, complete suitable for 1100 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Shacle type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 100mm high and 115 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers one galvanised iron nut, complete suitable for 1100 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prestressed concrete pole 9.0 mtr long, 102mmx152mm and top 102mmx249mm at bottom, class-10 with coat of synthetic enamel paint of two different colour 30cm white strip up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC copping and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint of size complete all as specified including taking woen of old unservicable concrete pole. Note :- Excavation, earth work, PCC Foundation and copping shall be measured and pait under respective items of schedule.
