Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish wherever required etc. complete at all levels. Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Premium exterior) of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over and including one coat undiluted exterior water-proofing coating @ 2.39 litre/10 sqm with crack bridging ability of upto 0.5mm on horizontal surfaces with an elongation of 150% and water proofing of upto 3 bars on vertical surface)

Providing and fixing white vitreous china 1st quality Orrisa pan of Perry ware, Hind ware or approved equivalent make of size580X440mm with PVC P trap, the work includes dismentling of existing cement disposed of the debris up to distance of 200 mm i/c cost of Orrisa pan, P trap raising of WC level (by filling sand ) upto 150 mm and connecting the new Orrisa pan to the manhole outside the building with 10 mm dia. PVC pipe i/c 50mm thick cement concrete floor of M:15 core. All complete as per the instruction of the Engineer in charge. Base Rate Rs.3700/- Each.
