Disconnecting /unscrewing coupling for 240 HP pump set and seperating pump and motor, disconnecting all water connections from pump including suction and discharge pipe line and taking out the pump from base frame, transporting to workshop to carry out the necessary repairs and took back after repairs , installing on existing location ,making all the connections carefully, commissioning and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of pressure gauge upto 100 Kg/sqcm (as per existing sample), incl taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing 6314, incl taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing 6319/6319-C3, incl taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of roller bearing NU 307, incl taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing electric motor and dismantling from foundation and transporting the same to the workshop for repairs and refixing the same on existing location after repair & making electric connection including testing and commissionig complete. including taking out burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wires as per existing guage and size including super quality of varnish and insulating material as required for 240 HP electric motor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Attend the complaint with in 12 Hrs and after repairing the same to be fixed and testing within 48 Hrs.

S&F Electronic over current relay cap 0.5 – 60A 220V AC complete with arrangement for over current, phase reversal, under current and phase imbalance protection suitable for 125/150/240 HP ATS Panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Three pole power contactor, AC Control, AC3 Rating 95A/ 47 KW, 415V complete with auxillary contact heavy duty suitable for pumping set operation including taking out existing unserviceable power contactor from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reparing/servicing of APFC panel board of Cap 100 KVAr by replacing the all defective components with new components, rewiring, cleaning, testing, reconnecting, reinstalling and commissioning the APFC panel board complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Supply of cables, wires & other minor spare parts etc will deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for replacement of cooling fan for 100 KVAr capacity APFC panel with proper connection, incl taking down old unsv complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 25mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 50mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Installation, testing and commissioning of chemical earthing complete with copper plate elctrode of size 900mmx600mmx5mm thickness, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4mtr below normal ground level earth plate electrode connected to and incl copper earthing lead strip 32x6mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer beside brazing at all joints as directed and earthing lead protected with 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe from electrode and upto incl the earth test point, 20mm dia watering pipe medium grade GI incl funnel, fire mesh, alternate layers of 150mm thickness each of charcoal, common salt, magnisium sulphate/ chemical and as per manufacturer's recommendation including below the copper electrode also and excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil, PCC pit chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 50mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS deformed bars @75 mm C/C both ways incl MS angle iron frame of size 40mmx40mmx3mm and incl testing the earthing on completioin, complete all as specified. The result of the earth resistance should be less that 1 Ohm and recorded results to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old earthings are conventional type and sch of credit has been accounted for accordingly.

S&F MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole, 50 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with thermal setting between 70% to 100%, adjustable type and connecting up in the existing panel location including taking out existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 24.00 above but MCCB of capacity 400 Amps 4 pole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 24.00 above but MCCB of capacity 200 Amps 4 pole, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles, sturts, blocks with and including necessary form work, and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment

Supply & Fixing double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing replacement PVC insulated cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded, single core copper 95 Sqmm, Grade As Per IS 7098 (Part -1) 1988 including making electrical connection for main panel, to starter and starter to motor in pieces of suitable length as per site requirement duly fixed with suitable size of copper lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 31.00 above but single core copper 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
