Outsourcing of services for operation and maint of 33/11 KV main receiving station (MRS) round the clock in 03 shifts (08 hrs shift each) by emlpoying one (01) electrician/shift (skilled) on all working days including Sundays and holidays. The MRS comprises of undermentioned equipments:- (a) Power transformer 33/11 KV 6 MVA cap - 01 Nos. (b) SF-6 circuit breaker- 03 Nos (c) HT 11 KV VCB - 10 Nos (d) DC battery bank - 01 No (e) APFC panel 640 KVAR - 02 Nos (f) Operation of mechanical GODs 11 KV voltage grade in various feeder. Note:- The electrician on the shift duty should be able to maintain the following documents at MRS for updation of electric record:- (a) Maintaining of power failure record. (b) Maintaining of shut down record. (c) Maintenance of log sheet for 33 KV Sub Station. (d) Maintainance of Switch yard and Sub Station bldg/area in presentable condition. (e) Attending of phone calls on Service hand set. (f) Maintainance of station transformer. (g) Maintaining of earth test record of complete installations. (h) Rates of uniform,tools etc are deemed to be including in quoted rate.

All as per item No 1 above but by employing (01) One helper/shift (unskilled) in 03 shifts

Out sourcing services for day to day complaint165 MH (MRS) internal electrical compliants round the clock for 24 hours (8 hours per shift) three shift per all working days i.e. first shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs,Second shifts from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs & third shift from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs of next day as including Sunday and Holiday with 01 (one) Electrician (skilled) per shift at a time The MRS comprises of undermentioned :-. (a) Repair/ Replacement of UNSV service connection/wire/GI wire/brackets etc. (b) Repair/replacement of UNSV MCBs, DBs or any other electrical fixtures. (c) Repair/ replacement of UNSV Internal elect Joint (d) Repair/replacement of UNSV switch socket , switch, bell push, bell, tube light fittings and accessories, exhaust/ Ceiling fan, Lamp holder of any type/size. (e) Repair/maintenance of UNSV switch fuse unit or MCCB of any size & make

All as per item No 3 above but by employing 01 (one) helper / shift (unskilled) in 03 (three) shifts. NOTE: (i) The Quoted rates shall deemed to be included of all taxes, cess (excluding LWC), levies as applicable including GST. (ii) CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS BONUS/ EPF / ESIC: The Amount is payable only after submission of valid and authentic documents in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus/EPF/ESIC to the workmen ie proof of payment. (iii) Stores required for replacement of above work will be issued seperately. (iv) The Contractor shall provide printed log book/Register as per format provided by the Dept. (v) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication in the MRS and outgoing Electrician for checking HT/LT line, so that the electric supply programme can be streamlined and feedback can be obtained. (vi) The Contractor shall supply uniforms to their employees for wearing during working hours. The uniform shall be pant and shirt and shall be in blue colour. The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engr-in-charge. The unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of the uniform supplied. (vi) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of certain misc items such as cotton waste, hand gloves, gum boot, safety belt and bamboo ladder suitable for working on HT/LT pole for maintenance work, cleaning and keeping neat and tidy of surrounding areas including removing vegetation/grass all around upto 10m of HT takeover points, VCB/OCB room, store room and places indicated as per site conditions as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
