SPL REPAIR TO (BLDG NO ORD-67), 01X OPEN STORES SHEDS AND SPL REPAIR TO CONVERSION OF LT OVERHEAD LINE WITH CABLE/ FPB AND EARTHING AT SUB DEPOT AREA AT BENGDUBI MIL STN UNDER GE BENGDUBI

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted colored trapezoidal profiled Galvalume/Zincalume sheet with min 0.50mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, AL Zn alloy metalic coating, 550 MPA yield stress as per AS-1397), colour /exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/ BHP X RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and a 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer, as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with and including Galvanised self drilling self-tapping fastener (12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making good with cement mortar (1:6), under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers including all pinning when necessary, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins, arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly Ash Bricks(old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections [Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - B] as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins, Gusset plate and base plates, where connected to common rafters and running rails, distance pieces, cleats, guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, framing for cladding, staging for water tanks, nuts, bolts, washers etc,includng welding or riveting etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fasteningand fixing complete confirming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
