Upgradation of existing non functional PCs of Tourism Department at various location in Kashmir Region (Chinar Bagh Srinagar)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid , 10 liter low level white vitreous china flushing cistern and CP flush bend with fittings and C.I. brackets, 40mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing of following CP fittings.

a) Angle valve 15mm bore.

b) Bib cock 15mm.

c) C.P connection 600mm long.

Providing and fixing of PVC fittings of approved brand and manufacture and other.

a) 100 dia dia. (PVC Pipe)

b) 15mm Ball valve.

Construction of brick masonry man hole on a base of cement concrete 1:4:4 with plastering the inner sirfaces in 1:4 cement mortar with a coat of floating cement concrete with MS manhole cover and frame all complete as per the directions of EIC at site. (2’-0”x2’-0”x2’-0”).

Engagement of plumber for removing old damaged sanitary items i,e Bib cocks, wash basin WC urinals etc including removing of all necessary fittings and stacking complete job.

a) Plumber.

b) Helper.

Providing and fixing of 1.5HP electric motor of approved make and quality including all fittings and fixtures complete job.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing of aluminium door fix to existing structure with all necessary hardware fitting, fixtures door window shutters locking arrangements 5mm thick glass, window frames and shutters ACP panellings in the door shutters as per required design and pattern at site as direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing G.I pipes complete including trenching and refilling etc of approved brand and manufacture of preddered make Prakash Surya, Jindal (external + internal work) including all necessary fixtures and accessories.

Supply, fixing testing of G.I fittings of approved brand and manufacture of preffered make Prakash, Surya, Jindal, Nike, unique complete.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kinds of soil.

P/L stone soling (Hand packed) in trenches incl. ramming, dressing, watering etc. incl. all leads, lifts and carriage upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level including curing in :Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade. Fe-500D or more complete.

Providing and fixing of cement concrete rings for soakage including lid complete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing of manhole covers of cast iron 1’-6” x 1’-6” over pits including frame work complete job.

Providing and fixng of lid for soakage pit of 6" thickness including all leads lifts carriage upto site of work complete job.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and laying, fixing electrical / heating points consisting of 1.5mm and 4mm wire (Havels, insulated copper multi stand copper wire 6 amp, and one way switch to mm thick pvc conduit / channel with bend junction boxes etc S poles and MCB, 10 amp DP MCB, 2 way Db for housing MCB 16 amp switch 10 amp switch 2 way Db high laminated sheet with wooden box recessed in walls with acceries including all fittings complete in all respects.

a) Electrical points / lighting points with LED lamps.

b) Heating points.

c) Exhaust fan 12”x9”

Carriage of materials from source to site of work by mechanical means.

a) Stone aggregate above 40mm for an avg. lead of 15 Kms
