§ The fee shall remain firm throughout the contract period of one year.

§ Contract may be extended further after reviewing the result of final competitive exam and admissions in each category.

§ Mandatory Financial Declarations: All-Inclusive Rates: The rate quoted per student in Column (5) must be strictly inclusive of all faculty remuneration, infrastructure costs, printing charges, software licenses, administrative margins, and all applicable central/state statutory taxes. No extra claims will be entertained.

§ No Price Inflation: The commercial rates accepted at the time of award will remain entirely fixed and frozen for the initial contract term. No price escalations due to changes in market inflation or syllabus alterations will be accepted.

§ Technical Quote of the Bidder shall be inclusive of GST or any other applicable taxes as may be levied by the Government from time to time and the same shall be charged in addition to the applicable rate. Tax structure on the payment shall be applicable based on government notification at the time of submission of invoice.
