Sub Head-I ( Servicing and shifting of DEA set works )

General Servicing of following capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges comprising of following jobs i/c Transportation, Labour charges & material required for servicing i/c minor material required for healthyness of DG set etc. as reqd. (i) Cleaning & greasing of the parts. (ii) Tappet setting as per standard (iii) Fan belt, tensioner pulley and lever adjustments. (iv) Tightening of all the nuts, bolts and clamps. (v) Testing & checking of AC & DC Wiring. (vi) Self & Charging Alternator cleaning and testing, checking of working & minor fault removal. (vii) Checking of Supply & return fuel pipes from fuel tank to engine. (viii) Replacement of consumables like lub Oil, diesel filter, Oil filter, filter element of air cleaner & coolant (in case of water cooled engines). (ix) Checking of FIP timing by Fuel cut off method. (x) General servicing i/c cleaning of DG panel (xi) General servicing & complete cleaning of DG set

Sub Head-II ( Repairing Works of DEA Sets )

Providing maintenance free New Lead acid Batteries following types/rating complete with first fill of electrolyte & first charging i/c replacement of leads, nut bolts ,terminals/thimbles complete as reqd.

12V, 130 AH ( M/S Exide Express Model No. FXPO-XP1300 or equivalent model of Similar Superior make)

Replacement of following defective accessories in the existing DG sets with new accessories, complete as reqd. [Dismantled defective accessories shall belong to vendor, credit for same has to be considered while quoting rates.]

Above 20KVA and upto 50KVA DEA sets

Servicing of the self starter of DEA set i/c dismantling, cleaning of self with petrol, greasing and oiling of bearing i/c testing etc complete as reqd.This item exclude the cost of parts associated with Self Starter.

Repairing of following faulty items in the self starter of DEA set i/c dismantling of unserviceable/ defective items, fixing with new one i/c connection, testing etc complete as reqd.[Note: Labour charges already covered in item No 3]

Calibration of the fuel injection pump of following capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges I/c removal of fuel pump from site, transportation at Workshop, calibration of pump and nozzles, grinding and fixing the same after calibration at site in the existing DEA set etc complete as reqd. 1 Certificate from authorised service centre is to be submitted regarding calibration of fuel pump & nozzles.2 This item exclude the cost of parts associated with fuel pump
