PROVISION OF CERTAIN REVENUE AND MINOR WORKS AT INS DWEEPRAKSHAK KAVARATTI UNDER GE (NAVY) LAKSHADWEEP

Demolition of brickwork, stone / boulder or PCC Block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum, getting out in hard / dense soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exceeding 25cmm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and marking good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 depth and getting out in hard / dense soil for foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning filling in, with excavated soils including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 by by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 by by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre -cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete complete all as specified

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 by by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.
