Granular Sub -base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in place method - Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. ii ) For Grading II Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc, as per table 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406, by mechanical means with 1 KM lead complete

Interlocking concrete block pavement- Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504. A) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.A Manual Means (I) Without dewatering (ii) 3 m to 6 m depth

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 With Crushed stone (IV) RCC Grade 20 (i) For height upto 5 m

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 (i) Sandy materials

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand), 800 mm X 600 mm rectanglular.
