Note : replacement of reinforcement where necessary before recasting RCC reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. However the cost factor towards scaffoldging etc for carryingout these items of work at various heights up to 11 Mtr shall deemed to be included in this item.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including any type of roof treatment removal of debris out side MD lands

M&L for APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane, 3mm thick of weight not less than 3.6Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, black finished on cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10cm over lap after necessary preparation of roof surface over 10mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) when concrete is green with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions including water proofing treatment consisting of the following all as specified:- (i) One coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm. (ii) One coat of bonding material of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heated with working temperature of 180 degree Cent and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square meter of the surface area. (iii) A layer of APP modified polymeric membrane of specified thickness and weight. (iv) Top most layer of surface finished with one coat of heat resisting aluminium paint. (v) Rate of WPC shall be inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra will be paid.
