S/I/T/C of 2 Nos. newly bored tube-wells and other allied E&M works at Near Wine Shop Transit Camp B- Block & Near Masjid B- Block Transit Camp, Govindpuri in Kalkaji Constituency (AC-51) carried out by following works as under:- S/o. Sub. P/Set for deep bore wells of 7.5 HP with dynamically balanced motor, vibration free total enclosed motor fitted squirrel cage induction motor, water lubricated thrust bearing, fitted with S.S. impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft of following parameters having 2900 RPM, suitable to operate on 3 Phase 415 Volt 50 Hz, A.C. supply. Head in meters app. – 95 - 44, Discharge in LPM: 240 - 420 Method of starting – Star Delta Delivery Size – 50 mm Make – BS/ SU/ KSB/ /Mody/ABS/Great Ind/Skope/Lubi/CGL/KBL.

P/o PVC insulated & PVC sheathed flat cable with plain copper conductor having 3 cores 4 sq. mm size for submersible motor. (Each roll of 100 mtrs.) Make:- Finolex/Havells/Grandley/National

P/o M.S. clamp of 600 mm length duly fabricated from 12.5mm thick 75mm wide M.S. plate for holding the pipe of 50mm dia.

Providing of double flange G.I. column pipe 50 mm dia., medium class, each of 3 mtrs Long duly threaded on both ends, welded & fitted with G.I. flange on both ends welded with three nos. support strip at each end between flange and pipe, withtwo slots for sub cable in each flange. Make of pipe: TATA/Jindal.

Providing of tail piece of the medium class G.I. pipe 500 mm long with one end threaded as per outlet of pump & another end flanged as per size of G.I. pipe 50mm dia. Make of pipe: TATA/Jindal

Providing G.I.900 x 50mm dia. bend having flange at both ends (Heavy duty).

Providng of MS full threaded Nut bolts off sizes as per site requirement.

Providing of Rubber packing for 50mm dia. Flange

Providing of Starter Oil/Transformer Oil Make:- Savita/Power/Bentex/Capital

Providing of bore cover approx size 1’x1’ made out from 6mm thick M.S. sheet in 2 halves & a circular hole in centre 2-1/2” dia with locking arrangement by Nuts & bolt.

Providing of CI D/F non return valve of size 50mm dia.,as per IS 5312(part 1&2)PN 1.0 CI Body, Door/Bronze to Rubber rings/SS410 Hinge Pin Construction Make: IVC/Kirloskar

Installation of t/well by lowering of sub p/set with all allied above items. This includes installation and grouting of panel board with all electrical wiring & cabling at site. All tools & tackles i/c tripod chain pulley blocks etc. shall be arranged by the firm. This includes testing & commissioning of t/well on load at site i/c cartage, loading & unloading of material. It also includes trial run of 100 hrs operation successfully by the firm. All required civil work included in the scope of work.
