Scope of Work: OTR Tyre Demounting, mounting, Disassembling, Assembling and Tyre Inflation pressure checking work of various Model Dumpers, Motor Graders, Pay loaders, Cranes, Water sprinkler and Other Miscellaneous Equipments at New Workshop and Old Workshop at site at Nigahi Project for the period of 12 Months/365 days. Note : The contractor should arrange all the tools and tackles , sockets, Tee handle, Torque wrench and other accessories for carrying out the job. All other facility/materials like crane/dozer if required for execution of job shall be provided free of cost by department in mines area only. However, the switch gear, power cable required for this purpose shall be contractor's responsibility. Maximum Likely Manpower to be deployed per shift : 12 Nos ( 6 skilled , 6 semiskilled)

Description of work at Old-Workshop, Nigahi Project at site - Wheel / OTR Tyre demounting from equipment, dismantling of wheel, reassembly after necessary repair, fitment back on machine ( irrespective of location of tyres in machine ) size of tyre (27.00 x 49, 24.00 x 49, 45/65-45 , 35/65 - 33 , 33.25 x 29 , 29.5 x 29 and 29.50 x 25) , tyre inflation pressure checking & Upkeeping work of Dumpers , PayLoaders , New Motor Graders , Cranes and Other Miscellaneous Equipments at site at Old Workshop, Nigahi Project
