M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail and S& F new long rail of GI pipe Med grade 32 mm bore ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed Make : Jindal/TATA/BST

M&L dismantling of unserviceable short rail and cutting of old long rail from Sr No. 8.02 to the required size for short rail including rethreading at both ends complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing flat MS iron 02 Nos of size 50mmx6mm thick , 900 mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with longrail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. REPAIR TO BED HARD PLY TOP STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) -

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR, conforming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of MS nuts, bolts and washers without having any joints. Make : Kit ply/Green/Century ply shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO HEAD REST BOARD : Removing of unserviceable Head Rest board and S&F new head Rest board to be made of 18 mm thick Exterior grade MDF board as approved shade Make: Action Tesa/Novapan/Green Pannel Max (ISI Marked) with PVC beading all around , fixing with suitable screws to cleats of the head board as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT REST BOARD : As per Srl No. 10.02, but Foot Rest Board.

M&L Scraping of existing coats of paints filing, finishing and painting of Bed hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Make : Berger/Asian) with spray after giving a primer coat with red oxide and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of cleats shall be made of 2 mm thick MS Steel made to shape and fix in the Almirah to support the shelves complete as directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable shelves with new shelves to be made of 1 mm thick MS sheet duly painted made shape and size as specified in drg or as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L painting of Teapoy Veranda steel frame with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white shade of Make : Berger/Asian paints after removing the rubber shoes including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05) :

Removing of existing unserviceable complete seat of chair and S&F new PVC seat of approved brand and color with suitable screws including tightening of loose joints of existing frame before fixing the seat with steel frame as shown in drg as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable writing hand board in any position, S&F new hand board with suitable size of screws with PVC lining made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade MDF prelaminated board of approved shade Make : Bhutan Board/Novapan/Green Pannel Max (ISI Marked) shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F the clips for tightening of the bottom tray with suitable screws/nuts bolts to the frame as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs of damaged parts, scraping of existing coat of paints filing, finishing and painting of Chair School with hand board with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black (make Berger/AsianPaint) after giving a primer coat with red oxide and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING (TP)

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair Writing and S & F new seat frame of size 500x450mm made from 12 mm thick Hot pressed Plywood with moulded polyurethane Foam 50mm thick with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr, duly upholstered with fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round after tightening the existing frame by welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. No. 24.01 but for Back of Chair Writing of size 500x450mm

Labour for scrapping down the old painted steel surface for carrying out repairs and filling with putty to obtain even surfaces applying primer to surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade by Engr-in-Charge over one coat of red oxide primer by spraying machine all as specified and directed for the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair dining & Chair Easy with new plastic cane , white 2.00 mm wide for seat half round of 0.4 mm thick and border caning 3.5 , 3.00, wide plastic cane of brand SHAH/Premier including with normal repair and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Dining FD-279 DIMENSION : All as shown in drawing.Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430 mm deep and 890 mm high. DESCRIPTION : All wood work shall be first class hard teak wood. The front legs shall be 30mmx 55 mm in section througt out up to 460 mm high. The rear leg shall be 30mmx 55 mm in section and 890 mm high. The distance between outer side of legs in front shall be 440 mm and the distance between the outer side of the legs in the rear shall be 405 mm. The legs shall be joinwith front, sides and rear rails made to shape out of 30mm x 65 mm in section. Two side stiffeners in short sides shall be provided of 20mmx 25 mm in section. One stiffener of 20mmx25 mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffener, joining short stiffeners. back horizontal rests, two in numbers, of 45mmx15 mmmade slightly curved in shape out of 45mmx35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18 mm below the top of rear legs and other below 45 mm from the bottom of top horizontal rail. Canning shall be done without any joint to the cane . Cane shall be 2 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick half round gola type and woven in Godrej pattern. Cane shall be weigh not less than 6gms per 10 running metre. Cane shall be of best quality of Shahor Premier brand. Hard rubber/PVC rings shall be screwed to the bottom of the legs. FINISH : All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Chair Easy FD-229 DIMENSION: All as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430 mm deep and 890 mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood work shall be first class hard teak wood. Front Legs of chair shall be of 55 mmx25 mm in section at place under side arm rest tapering to the bottom of legs to 25 mmx25 mm in section . Front leg shall be joined by 50mm x25 mm in section rails provided below seat frame for the support of frame . Rear legs shall be 50 mmx25 mm in section rails provided below seat frame for the support of frame. Rear legs shall be 55mmx25 mm in section below arm rest adn 25 mm x25 mm in section at the bottom legs. Rear legs shall be jooined together by the rear rails of 50 mmx25 mm in section provided at bottom of the seat frame. Seat frame shall have the rear horizontal out of section 70mmx40 mm joining the sides of frame wich shall be 70 mmx40 mm at the back and 25 mmx25 mm in section near the front rail. The front rails of the seat frame shall be out of 55 mmx25 mm in section teak wood. The seat frame shall be of size 510 mm long in front and 480 mm long at the rear and 575 mm deep. The horizontal rail of back reast shall be out of 55mmx40 mm and shall be 50mmx20 mm. The bottom horizontal frame of back resst shall be 55mmx20 mm in section. The side of back rest frame shall join the seat of cahir and sahll be out of 70mmx25 mm made to shape as shown in drawing . The arm rest out of 65 mmx25 mm in section and 610 mm long shall be provided in shape as shown in drawing. Seat and bak shall be woven with plastic cane of 2 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick Shah or Premier brand Godrej pattern. Hard rubber/PVC rings shall be screwed to the bottom of the legs. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Table with drawer (900mmx600mmx760mm) FD- 283 DIMENSION: All as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600 mm wide and 760 mm high. DESCRIPTION : All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. Legs shall be 60mm x30 mm in section throught and 741 mm high, four in numbers joined together in front, back and sides with tiop rails of 20 mmx110 mm in section proveded flush with top of legs. The left hand side portion , viweing fgrom front shall have drawer of 300 mm wide, 25mmx40mm in section teak wood stiffener on one side and 20mmx30mm in section teak wood filet on other side of drawer shall be provided as shown in drawing. Track rails, 25 mmx25mm in section on one side and 30mmx25 mm in section on other side of drawers having rebatefor guide rails a 12 mmx12mm in section shall be provided all as shown in drawing . The side and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110 mm high teak wood planks. The front of drawer shall be of 20mmx110 mm in section teak wood plank. The bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywood. Two bottom rails one on each short sides, shall be provided of 20mmx60 mm in section teak wood joining legs tot eh portion visible to the view when placed in position . The top shall be of 18 mm thick MDF board of ext grade (PFT) duly post formed. The top of the table shall be flush with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. FINISH: All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish Rest all as per drg.

Table without drawer (900mmx600mmx760mm) FD- 284 DIMENSION: All as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600 mm wide and 760 mm high. DESCRIPTION : All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. Legs shall be 60mm x30 mm in section throught and 741 mm high, four in numbers joined together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20 mmx60 mm in section proveded flush with top of legs. At bottom, 100 mm high from bottom, side wooden lower rails of 20 mm x60mm in section shall be provided in short sides joining legs in short dides. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided in legs at top of loegs in portion visible to view when placed in positon. The top shall be of 18 mm thick MDF board of ext grade (PFT) duly post formed. The top of the table shall be flush with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. Almirah Large steel with shelves FD-1031 DIMENSION: All as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 920mmx485 mmx1985 mm high. DESCRIPTION: The base shall be made oftwo number steel sheet channel made in U shaped with ends covered . MS Sheet shall be 1 mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50 mm from each end of the length of 920 mm and shall be up to full width of 485 mm and shall be 100 mm high. Top sides bottom and back of Almirah shall be 1 mm thick MS sheet .Four shelves equally spaced of 1 mm thick MS sheet shall be provided to make five compartments . Front shutter shall have two leaves of equal sizes . One CP steel handle with locking device shall be provided as shown in drg. The locking device shall be three way locking device. Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75 mm long fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standrard workmanship. All Steel surfaces internally and externally, exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint in dual shade of approved color and pattern as approved by Engr-in-Charge over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces where ever working of painting shall be fisible. Painting shall be done with spray machine.
