M&L for Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly or grouting cement and sand slurry 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified and provided (in sunken portion area) , removing demolished material completely and old waste pipe from sunken portion and cleaning the side/bottom surface of sunken floor with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm brick aggregate as in sunken floor slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in seal the joints in sunken portion with PCC blocks, rounded or chamffered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete (nominal mix-M20) 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., over naked RCC of sunken area including preparation and cleaning of surface by under mentioned procedure complete all as specified and directed: a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. c) Third Layer of one coat of high performance acrylic polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing & protective coating of approved make applied as per manufacture instructions. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 3-6 hrs. d) Fourth layer of second coat on perpendicular direction of above coat of high performance acrylic polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing & protective coating of approved make applied as per manufacture instructions. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 3-6 hrs. e) Fifth Layer is of 15 mm thick rendering in C:M(1:3) mix with integral water proofing compound as per instruction finished fair and smooth using extra cement. This layer shall be applied after 24 Hrs of above layer but within 48 Hrs of the same. Note:- 1. The contractor shall submit PV of acrylic polymer-modified cementitious for claiming payment. 2. The instruction shall be followed in its true sprit. 3. The Quoted rate shall inclusive of preparation and cleaning of surface.

M&L for 70 cm long medium grade 50 mm bore GI pipe fixed in to the sunken portion as a spout pipe upto the wall for taking out leakage water and making good to existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms /Sqm ) (Application by torch application) over and including a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @1.20 Kg /Sqm over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound at the rate of 3% weight of cement over and PCC 1:2:4, type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate in padding/mass concrete and haunching in required slope to avoid any logging of water on dry and cleaned roughned surfaces including demolition of existing treatment of APP/Mud Phuska/BrickTile etc. and stacking the same at the location specified by GE at distance n.exe 100 m including preparing surfaces , cleaning surface of all foreign material such as grass roots dust etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes and washing down to remove dust etc . flushing at junction of parapets complete all as specified & directed. Note : 1. The two coat of Aluminum painting over APP shall be carried out after placing of Solar Panel on mounting structure. The cost of the same shall be included in quoted rate. 2. The contractor shall submit Purchase voucher of APP, Aluminum Paint to GE for claiming payment. The same shall be fwd to office of Accepting officer along with final bill.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames: 30mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 60x30mm and wall thickness 2mm +/- 0.2mm with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at corners by means of MS galvanized / plastic brackets of size 75x220mm having wall thickness 1.00mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of shutter reinforced by insering galvanized MS tube of size 25x20mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of H section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100x30mm and 2mm +/- 0.2mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanized MS U cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC muti-chambered single panel of size not less than 620mm, having overall thickness of 20mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontal 6mm galvanized MS rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded section having an overall dimensions as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.00mm +/- 0.2mm, corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws joints metred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames to be reinforced by galvanized MS tube of size19x19mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge: Extruded section profile size 48x40mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
