Soling (or sub base) 200 mm spread thickness with broken stone boulders or quarried stone 100 to 50mm, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled using 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
Wet mix macadam (WMM) 150mm thick ( compacted thickness) in two layers ( each layer 75mm thick compacted thickness)with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade as per relevant IS Code / SSR spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne capacity vibratory roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam/ wet mix macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally faning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer grade VG-10 using paving bitumen at 10kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and as directed.
Premix bituminous,macadam using binder content of VG-30 at 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm) complete all as specified and as directed.
Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen VG-30 using hot mix plant, laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
Providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in road side kerbs including necessary formwork and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and filling of river sand of size 2.36mm (sieve passed to 4.75mm and retained in 1.18mm ) and laid complete all as specified and as directed.
Stabilizing appproved soil obtained from excavation, breaking the oversize particles to required size, removing over size pebbles, adding cement at 2% (minimum) by weight of soil to be used in the item and water to requires quantity to maintain optimum moisture content of the soil mixture during consolidation mixing the soil cement and water to obtain homogeneous mixture, laying the soil mixture in layers not exceeding 150mm thick for a total depth of 400mm, consolidating with suitable compacting plants such as vibratory roller etc under optimum moisture content to achieve atleast 98% of maximum dry density ( modified Proctor density) determined in accordance with relevant IS code of practices and finishing the surface to the required levels,graidents etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hallow, watering, levelling etc., complete using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rolling and consolidating formation surfacesto the required gradient and camber under optimum moisture content to achieve atleast 98% of maximum dry density determined using modified proctor density determination method as per relevant IS code.
Granular sub base 200mm thick ( compacted thickness ) in two layers each layer of 100mm (compacted thickness) graded stone aggregate as specified and conforming to grading as specified, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
Wet mix macadam (WMM) 225mm thick ( compacted thickness) in three layers ( each layer 75mm thick compacted thickness)with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne capacity vibratory roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour cutting the existing bituminous layer to a depth of 50mm using diamond cutter blade thickness not less than 3mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and not exceeding 50mm deep including removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed.
Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) with grading 2 IRC laid in two layers of 75mm each ( total consolidated thickness 150mm ) using bitumen grade of VG-30 ( Marshall stability 900 Kg) using hotmix plant and laid by using Electronic sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with a tack coat of VG-10 @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm between the layers and prime coat of VG-10 at 7Kg/10 Sqm over WMM layer complete all as specified and as directed.
Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) with grading 1 of IRC 50mm thick ( consolidated thickness) in single layer using bitumen of grade PMB 76-10 ( Marshall stability 1200 Kg) with tack coat of VG-10 @ 2.5Kg per 10 Sqm over DBM layer using hot mix plant and laid by using Electronic sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) with grading 2 of IRC 80mm thick ( consolidated thickness) in two layer (40mm each layer) using bitumen of grade PMB 76-10 ( Marshall stability 1400 Kg) based (IS:15462-2004) conforming to IRC:SP-53-2002) with tack coat of VG-10 @ 2.5Kg per 10 Sqm over DAC layer using hot mix plant and laid by using Electronic sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by using sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient for roads and shoulders complete all as specified and as directed.
