Removal of existing damaged Plain Cement Concrete slabs, including all labour charges and stacking as directed by departmental officers.

Earth work Foundation excavation by manual means in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as direct-ed by the departmental officers.

Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 2K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification. For 1M3

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports For plane surfaces such as which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick).etc..complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be rovided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of Cement, one and half part of Crushed Sand (M- Sand), three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Crushed Stone Sand and Four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trowel, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500,Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steelreinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 63mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with sand cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, sand cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.
