Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per technical specification Clause 502

Providing and applying track coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) pressure emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25-0.30 kg. Per spm. On the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broomas per technical specification Clause 503

Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and applying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH with batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5-5 % of mix and filler and tranporting the hot mix to the work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel roller, vibratory and tandem rollers to acvhieve the desired compaction as per MORT@H Cl. no. 508 complete in all respect ( including carriage upto initial lead of 5.00 from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00km initial lead at site and laboratory as directed by the deparment ) A.
