Restretching of HT overhead line conductor comprising of any size ACSR conductor after opening from insulators, including restringing same and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag including cutting, trimming and vending of branches along HT line upto minimum distance of 2 mtr on both side and removing of creepers from poles/conductors complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable switch air break, gang operated, triple pole with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installing, connecting, testing and commissioning switch air break gang operated triple pole for current rating 200 Amp at 11 KV, out door type , mechanically operated, mounted on insulators with 9 insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level, with locking arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installing, connecting, testing and commissioning switch air break gang operated triple pole for current rating 800 Amp at 33 KV, out door type , mechanically operated, mounted on insulators with 9 insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level, with locking arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing and servicing (Oiling and greasing) of gang operated switch 11 KV any capacity vertical/Horizontal mounted and replacing defective parts including replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required for smooth functioning of AB switch, testing for its proper operation, all as directed at site. Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement Female Contact/Fix contact Jaw heavy duty high conductive metal cap 400/800 amp 11 KV GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Tinned copper flexible jumper 400/800 Amps GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement GI pipe medium grade of 25 mm bore suitable for operating rod of air brake switch complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers / connectors of HT over head line / DO fuse unit in sub stations of any size or any length after removing binding wire / connector and replacement with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length approx 1.5mtr including new binding wire/ connectors suitable for AB switch/DO fuse unit, including provision of conducting jelly all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply & fixing in replacement lightning arrestor suitable for 11 KV grade, explusion type, complete with all fitting transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 65 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green, 145mm high, and 225mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Two in series assembly disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green, 145mm high, and 225mm dia ball and socket type Two in series assembly disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 150 mm high and 150 mm dia pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for working pressure 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor any size from HT/LT poles and keeping in safe custody the serviceable one for re-use complete all as directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor of required size for overhead lines, on HT poles, including stringing and binding wire including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only of ACSR conductor of any size obtained from item No. 26 here-in-above with required sag including jumpering complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- old serviceable ACSR Conductor obtained from dismentling shall be used).

Dismantling and taking out damaged/rusted cross arms, of MS channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable cross arms of any type & size obtained from item No 29 here-in-above including painting surfaces with one coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out damaged/rusted GI earth wire / cradle guard complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth conductor, on HT poles including binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cradle guard by bending the 4mm GI wire in the required shape hexagonal or rectangular and fixing on HT Line at site by incorporating the required number of reel insulators all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stay assembly consisting of galvanised stay wire 7/10 SWG, stay bow of 14 mm dia, stay rod 20 mm dia 100 cm long with loop insulators, stay plate 300 x 500 mm x 6 mm with PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2 complete with stay clamps, bolts and nuts all as shown in electrical plate No-1 of SSR part-I of 2009 including excavation, earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as spcified and directed.(Note :-PCC work,GI Stay strand,loop insulator,stay clamps will be measured & paid separately under relavent items).

Supply and Fix Galvanised stay strand 7/3.15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate for HT Pole of size 25x20cmx1.5mm thick mild steel sheet, synthetic enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting of 11 m steel pole with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting the HT PCC poles by white cement base paint after preperation of old surfaces including cleaning,scraping the surfaces of cross arms, clamps,MS channels & painting the same with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surface & providing alternative bands of 30 cm width from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr Height with black & yellow synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No-40 above but HT 2-Pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength not less than 40 KV for 1 minute with 2.5mm Gap as per IS - 335 - 1983 for EHV grade including topping up with new transformer oil all as directed. Note :- (i) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil, required for dehydration shall be arranged by contractor. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately

Supply and replacement or topping up of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1983 Part II after dehydration & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting electrical connections of transformer of capacity 2.5 MVA of any make & any type loading the transformer on heavy vehicle (open chassis) type from existing platform/four pole structure, by heavy crane long boom type suitable for shifting and loading transformer and transporting of transformer for repair at workshop at Guwahati city from AF Stn Digaru Area including unloading of transformer from vehicle at workshop & Opening up transformer step down 11/0.433 KV by unscrewing all nuts/bolts and washers of top cover duly draining out complete transformer oil and kept aside for re-use. Disconnecting of all HT/LT wiring tap changer, complete LT/HT bushing, air breather etc and kept aside for re-use the serviceable parts and removal of unserviceable parts and taking out complete core assembly of transformer with help of chain pully to carry out the following works:- (a) Descaling of transformer tank by taking out the complete deposited transformer oil sludge and cleaning thoroughly the transformer tank by washing & wiping out all dirt/rust accomolated including making preparation of old painted internal/external surfaces of transformer. Painting the internal surfaces of transformer with two coats of high grade anticorrosive varnishing paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Painting to external surfaces of transformer with two coats of Ist grade synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as shown and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Cleaning the transformer core assembly using electric blower and making the core free from sludge, dirt and any other foreign materials from its surfaces including provision of high grade insulation varnish and raising insulation of the core through heat chamber and raising of IR valve /LV-E > 500 Mega ohms HV-E >1000 Mega ohms. (c) Assembling the transformer complete including supply of complete set including replacement of defective accessories such as oil seal , gasket , LT/HT bushing, stud, air breather, tap changer, including making necessary LT/HT wiring as dismantled( New spares as required will be measured & paid separately under relavent items, rate of oil seal & gasket will be deemed included in the quoted rate ). Powering of dehydration/filtered transformer oil (dehydration charges will be measured and paid separately) as obtained during dismantling and top up balance quantum with new transformer oil as required (New transformer oil will be measured & paid under relavent item) after successfully repairing the transformer reloading the same & place to its original location and installation complete including making LT/HT side cable connection, earth connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of worn out copper strip/ wire /rod as per existing gauge/size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HV Bushing of transformer with Brass metal connecting rod, nut, bolt and washer,suitable for 100 KVA to 250 KVA capacityof transformer 11000 Volt as per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LV Bushing of transformer with Brass metal connecting rod, nut, bolt and washer,suitable for 100 KVA to 150 KVA capacityof transformer 1100 Volt as per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of silica gel crystal complete in all type of capacity of transformer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Silica gel breather assembly complete with silica gel crystal complete for the capcity of transformer 100 KVA to 1000 KVA all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule part I with and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100mm center to center both ways, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and watering pipe of 20mm bore GI medium grade and 40mm bore light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables, including sealing ends all as specified & directed size 100 MM BORE (Clamps to be measured and paid under respective item).

Supply and laying GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables, including sealing ends all as specified & directed size 80 MM BORE (Clamps to be measured and paid under respective item).

Material and labour for painting of fencing posts,MS flats,MS welded mesh inside or out side power house or outdoor sub station including cleaning /preparing the old painted surface complete with two coats of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of area inculding uprooting of weeds/grass and removing creepers from fencing or poles/posts and brooming the complete area of sub station (area not exeeding100 Sqm),around panels,transformers and four pole structures all as specified and directed.

Cutting tree branches and trimming 6" girth touching the over head line cleaning the space at least 2 m removing the cut branches to clear side and depositing n.exc 50 mtr as directed.

Material and labour for painting of Transformers outer body of capacity 100 to 150 KVA including cleaning /preparing the old painted surface before spray paint of existing colour of transformer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for Loose filling with broken stone aggregates of gauge 80 to 100 mm in outdoor sub station including levelling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Stone agregate of gauge 60 mm as subase of floor & the like including ramming complete all as specified & directed.
