Taking down cement or plaster on brick or stone walls & ceiling etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacses, finished the surface fair & even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins facia etc mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on soffit of roof ceiling/chajja, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls etc by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism with dust carrying bag) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceilings etc by scrapping and sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism with dust carrying bag) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit sanding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtr diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over newly prepared ceiling surface using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 100 ft. Note: - The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer i.e Asian/Berger or other equivalent manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard-to-reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over the newly prepared painted wall using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 100 ft. Note: - The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer i.e Asian/Berger or other equivalent manufacturerwith pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard-to-reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over the newly prepared wall surafce of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat Reflectant property and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note: Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description, not exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewriting/repainting to existing writing letters or figures not exc 30 cm height in block Roman, Italian or Indian letters including stops, comma, arrows, brackets, dashes etc on sign board (Black or yellow base) including two coats of oil paint over a coat white base synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Items for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor latest modern practices as per after approval by the GE. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, euipment & machines etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces. (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. (j) The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer i.e Asian/Berger or other equivalent manufacturer with pro guard technology (k) Guarantee :- The contractor shall furnish a guarantee certificate from approved make in favour of Garison Engineer for the efficieny of the OBD and weather proof paint for 5 yrs guarantee period.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing etc, filling in crevices and cracks etc with approved filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces, over 10 cm in width or girth by cleaning, sand papering, brushing with wire brushes, scrapping by steel scrappers etc, filling in crevices and cracks etc. with approved filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including 2 mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decoraced surfaces on wall including cornices pilasters applying two coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decoraced surfaces on ceiling including cornices pilasters,applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete, all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames of any thickness including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs clips all as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

ditto- but figured glass pin headed type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mallamine polish with scraping and cleaning of Wooden doors / wall panelling to remove existing polish, filling putty or the required hardeners for repairing of any wooden marks, scratches or scars and treated with putty /primer to obtained similar texture and mallamine coating on the surface with approved shade and make (MRF, Berger, Asian) on the surface doors to obtain smooth and uniform looking as complete all as specified & directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for Aluminium Composite Panel 4mm thick of colour as approved by GE for wall Cladding, with open grooves for any heights. Material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick) including screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. The fastening brackets of Galvanised steel with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners and anchor bolts. Base frame work for ACP cladding is 40mmX40mm hollow MS tube of medium weight fixed with proper clamps fixing with as per item description and taking down existing ACP as specified and directed by the Engineer-inCharge.

Taking down old unserviceable horizontal/ vertical venetian blinds of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F new vertical venetian blinds of special collection self adjusting system of louvers size 100 mm wide (as approved by GE) with aluminum top rail and PVC bottom, weight attached with 100 mm strip complete with chain all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F roller blinds of any size and any colour (non-blackout series) with aluminium headrail, with chain operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr--in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 12 mm thick Toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required.complete, all as specified & directed by Engr -in charge,

S&F in replacement 12 mm thick toughned glass for door with proper grinding and rounding of edges , incl two no of stainless steel handle in each leaf ,handle size 45cm and 25mm dia. With locking arrangement,hydraulic machine at the bottom and pivots as per manufacture instruction,complete all as specfied and as directed .

Dismantling of wall and ceiling or insulation boards/ slabs / PVC panelling any thickness and in any position incl frame grid and cover fillets and framework etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC Wall penelling louvers consisting of 8mm thick Plain/ colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm frame work complete, all as specified & directed by Engr -in charge.

S&F 9mm thick perforated gypsum board/ Tile of size 600x600mm with aluminium foil another side over and including grid of GI power coated (605mm x605mm) with T section of size 24 x38x 2 mm (both cross and main) and angle of size 25 x26x2mm properly fixed to wall and fixed to ceiling with 10GA GI vertical hangers @300mm C/C again which tie up with ISA 32x32x3m @300mm C/C properly with the help of 2 no 16mm dia. 120mm long dust fastners,completed all as specfied and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick plain gypsum board false ceiling with GI frame work including all necessary drilling, cutting to fix electical items with followings:-(a) GI sheet channel 30x25x20mm of 24 Gauge fixed with rawl plug and screws 450mm centre to centre along with perimeter of walls.b) GI sheet channel made to shape 50x40x40mm of 24 guage placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall except long wall (in one span)(b) GI sheet channel made to shape 50x40x40mm of 24 guage placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall except long wall (in one span) (c) GI sheet intermediate runners of size 45x10x10mm of 24 guage fixed @ 1200mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side wall (in other span) (d) GI sheet 25mm wide & 20mm gauge suspenders fixed with steel fasteners to roof, ceiling @ 1200mm centre to centre incl plugging in RCC slab.

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons,cills etc laid bedded &pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 35 mm thick sand stone slabs,dressed close picked on exposed faces, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for sand stone jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) set in CM 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand stone pillars, set in CM 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and direcetd.

The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

S&F 35mm thick 1st class hard teak wood door with plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat in both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

1st Class hard wood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed reboted on the solid, rounded or chamfired, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F 100 mm bult hings extruded bras & bright polished complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F 150 mm extruded brass handles fabricated type complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F brass extruded section barrel tower bolts 300 mm long complete all as specified and direcetd.
