Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer of 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer of 15mm thick plaster of cement mortor with stone chipping by mix of 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings. complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately) complete all as specified & directed

M&L for forming groove of uniform of size 15mm wipe and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using looden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter size n.exc 1.50 Sqm each (without taking off shutter for the chowkats ) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made WPC single extruded 100% lead free ROHS certified board of 6mm thick pre laminated moulded board for kitchen cabinet, cupboard. The laminated shutter should be 10 mm deep mould on the pre laminated side with different design and other side plain white of density not less than 600 kg / cum manufactured by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. The 12mm board should be 100% lead free, water proof, termite proof and borer proof and should have good screw holding capacity and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made WPC single extruded 100% lead free ROHS certified board of 18mm thick pre laminated moulded board for kitchen cabinet, cupboard. The laminated shutter should be 10 mm deep mould on the pre laminated side with different design and other side plain white of density not less than 600 kg / cum manufactured by an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
