Demolition of concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness incl top finishing if exist at site (below or above ground level) un-reinforced concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masanory built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articals complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in built in cement mortar 1:6 (except bricks i.e. by using old bricks after proper cleaning) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC Type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling /sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (also in patches) 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (also in patches) 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for coloured glazed ceramic, joint free tiles fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x450x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.
