LAYING, TERMINATION & COMMISSIONING WORK

Laying of 1.1 KV Copper Control Cable (2Core/4Core/6Core) & Powe Cable from switchyard equipment like CT,PT,CB, Isolator to control room 33KV Feeder Panel ACDB,DCDB after opening the trench and then dressing and tieing of layed cable within the trench including dressing along with all associated work to complete the job

Providing & fixing of 2" dia G.I. Pipe laying with 2C, 2.5sqmm control cable including plumbering work with elbo, socket, cutting, welding and jointing work etc. at 132 KV S/S Jawaharpuram Kanpur Nagar. (as per required cable provided by department free of cost)

Providing & fixing of Energy meter in iron box and iron box fixed in near 33 KV CT and PT junction box. The job includes iron box prepared by contractor in the supervise of S/S incharge and iron box painted one coat red oxide and two coat enamel paint. (Energy meter provided by department free of cost) and sealing of cable of CT & PT installed at 33 KV GUBA GARDEN feeder bay at 132 KV S/S Jawaharpuram, Kanpur.

Termination & connection of Control cable and Power cable of 33 KV bay from equipments, junction box , Control Panel by proper ferruling, lugs and cable tagging of high quality as per technical drawing of panel with the help of skilled labour, T&P and commissioning and integration of above by into the existing panel including the cost of cable glands, ferrule and lugs complete both and as per site requirment.

EARTHING WORK

Earthing of Substation structure and equipment breakers CT,PT, Junction box, Isolator and as per technical specification and manual of equipments by MS Flat from both X-axis and Y-axis earth mat including digging earth, cutting,bending & welding and refilling earth etc. with the help of skilled. Labour and T&P (MS Flat will be providing by the deptt.) Including Painting of MS Flat by one coat red oxide and two coat bus green colour after cleaning work

LIGHTING WORK

Providing and fitting of new generation energy & environment friendly long aluminium outdoor beam street light with high power 120 watt LED's as light source & exclusively designed polycarbonate cover along with electronic driver complete fitting suitable for 230 volt AC input supply of CGL/Havells/Surya/Philips/Bajaj etc including wiring from junction box to light fitting point and checking of healthiness of LED's light.

Laying of 2/4x2.5 sqmm PVC control cable for periphery lighting the job also including the excavation for trench and below 0.5mtr and laid the cable in the trench and filling the sand on the cable then covering the same

Providing & Fixing of 6,10,25 amp single phase MCB in lighting cubical junction 12 box. The job includes proper wiring work etc. including cost of all material labour T&P etc for proper compeletion of work

Providing & fixing of double door type junction box MCB type with the structure for cable lighting termination work.

Providing & fixing of 33 KV feeder name plate of 2mm thick aluminium sheet plate size 400x200 mm with covering retro reflecting sheet base yellow colour & write feeder name black colour.
