Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course over sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removing of all the debris to a distance n exc 2 km out side the base at the disposal of the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250mm x7mm/450 X 350 X 7mm thick as in dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work/concrete in CM 1:4 to receive tiles as in dado complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Light Shade Vitrified ceramic tiles10 mm thick (square/rectangular)polished area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick Screed bed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item no.5 but in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados etc.,including rendering10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work/concrete in CM 1:4 to receive tiles as in Skirting

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0. 18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0. 18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in Skirting, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed with CM 1:6 ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
