REPAIR MAINT TO WATER SUPPLY PUMP MOTORS CI/DI/GI DISTRIBUTION, CHLORINATION EQPT WATER RISING MAINS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT SUNJUWAN UNDER GE JAMMU

Lifting of unserviceable submersible motor and pump set of 20 to 50 capacity, three phase from bore hole of tubewell by disconnecting column pipes one by one with the help of chain pulley block after all disconnecting electrical and water connections from pump set and transporting the same to workshop after de-coupling motor and pump for carrying out repair and bringing back the same to site, lowering of coupled motor pump set in borewell by making submersible cable joint water proof, flange joints with new nuts, bolts and washers, leather gasket / packing with proper alignment, binding of cable with column pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) Cost of taking up and lowering of column pipes, transportation of pumps and motor to workshop and back shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) Required T&P such as chain pulley block shall be contractor's responsibility. (iii) Repair/ replacement shall be done within a period as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge failing which necessary recovery shall be made.

Dismantling, strip opening complete submersible motor sets 20 to 50 HP capacity any stage/ discharge and dismantling all spare parts by opening studs complete with machine/ lathe work/ grinding/ polishing and fitting of all spare parts and re-assembling/ installation in position after necessary repair/ replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking out submersible motor shaft, refitting / refilling of metal at corroded portion including all welding, turning and other machine works required to make the shaft fit to shape and size as required for motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of thrust plate with key for submersible motor of capacity from 20 to 50 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement thrust plate bearing for submersible motor of capacity from 20 to 50 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal bush for submersible motors of 20 to 50 HP capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement oil seal for submersible motors of 20 to 50 HP capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Strip opening to submersible motors of 20 to 50 HP capacity and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire heavy duty heat resistance confirming to IS of same gauge and no's of turns complete with realignment of motor slots and insulating mateials i.e. varnishing, bamboo strips, leather papers, cotton tapes including replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts and drying complete and reassembling after repair/ rewinding and testing at site on full head with spares required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Strip opening complete submersible pumping sets of 20 to 50 HP capacity stage/ discharge and dismantling all spare parts by opening studs complete with machine/ lathe work/ grinding/ polishing and fitting of all spare parts and reassembling/ installation in position after necessary repair/ replacement of unserviceable/ defective spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as under: -

Supply only cast iron stage bowl complete all as specified and as directed.
