Expension and Upgradation of Nursery raising of plants at Pattan Nursery under CAMPA CAT KIRU HEPP

Excavation work in excavation by ftanual fteans for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5ft in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqft on plan, depth upto 1.5 ft including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 ft froft the cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete at window sills, ceiling level and the like: 1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) Nallah

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Qty wide item no -7

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for· Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing G. I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G. I. wire of dia 4mm.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade on new steel works.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes To be paid as per acutal during execution (GATE)

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shape (Area of slab upto 0.5 sqm) 18mm

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc. over item no. 8.2 including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-ChargeGranite Work

Painting with anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work Two or more coats.

Writing Words on MS Sheet as per desired by site incharge

Formation of New Permanent Nursery.The rates includes the cost of leveling tractorization,complete soil working upto depth of 1'6" to 2' formation of beds,raising of bunds , water channels and etc.
