Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area, not exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm and removal of debris from site to a distance upto 50 mtrs spread & leveled as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges in depth least 25mm and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed in bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.80 Kg/10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings. 6.3 mm size and again well ramming (including supply of pre mixed macadam binder and chippings). Depth of pot holes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing premix bituminous, macadam with 4% paving bitumen on binder (VG-30) content of total weight of mix laid, rolled and compacted by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) on black top surfaces @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and grandient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes of aluminium alloy body solid of size 110 x 120 x 23.5 mm for road complete all as specified and directed. MAKE :- Cat Part No. DA 972 of Make : DARK EYE or equivalent model of Sun Eyez / Saflow Note : All fixing arrangement including adhesive required for fixing of cat eyes shall be included in quoted rates.

S&F in repair solar powered illuminating blinking aluminium alloy body solid road studs of size 125 x 125 x 25 mm consisting of six super bright LEDs and high efficiency mono - crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt and one Ni- Mh or NI-cd rechargable battery (1.2/1600MA) for road complete all as specified and directed. MAKE :- Model - Dhruv of Make :- Dark Eye or equivalent model of Sun Eyez / Saflow Note : All fixing arrangement including adhesive required for fixing of cat eyes shall be included in quoted rates.

M&L for thermoplastic paint on black top surfaces or existing paint surfaces applied Hot mixing plant of heating of thermo plastic materials to a standard temperature with gas and laying standard thickness of approx 2 mm, by using thermo plastic material @ 6.5 Kg/Sqm, and glass beads @ 250 gms/ Sqm including cleaning of old surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair delinator 70 cm long made of 50 mm dia powder coated MS tube with 16 SWG wall thickness, with two numbers reflectors 110 mm dia of ABS body including earth work and cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30 cm x30cm including necessary depth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Solar powered illuminating blinking delinator with road of 70 cm long made of 50 mm dia powder coated MS tube with 16 SWG wall thickness, including earth work and cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm including necessary depth complete all as specified and directed. Model No : SKU DA-112 of dark eye or equivalent model as approved by GE.

S&F convex mirror of 800 mm dia size @ including post earth work and cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm including necessary depth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Grade VG-10) @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 6,700.00
