Horizontal and vertical laying of cables of different voltage grade and types of overall diameter upto 22mm in trays/ trenches/ supported on structure/ pull through pipes including supply and fixing of aluminium strip number tags, supply and fixing of GI saddle bars etc. transportation from owner's store/ yard to site, returning the surplus cable to store, unpacking and including all labour and materials complete as per approved drawings, specification and direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and laying of approved bricks of class designation 75 with approximate size 228mm*107mm*69mm or 9" 4-1/4"*2-3/4" in cable trenches for cable protection including all labour and materials complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer- in-charge. (Actual area of laid brick surfaces shall be measured)

Supply and spreading of approved fine river sand in cable trenches including all labour and materials complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and Laying of 100 mm NB size of class "B" G.I.Pipes fixed on steel, concrete or similar structure, laid in trenches, ready to be buried in concrete including cutting, threading, bending and similar works, including the supply of all labour and materials, carrying out small civil works complete as per approved drawing, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation and backfilling of trenches for cable and earth strip in all types of soil (except rock), shoring, shuttering and dewatering (if necessary) including consolidation and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 30 metre including all labour and materials complete as per approved drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer- in-charge. (Excavated trench dimentions shall be measured).

Preventive Maintenance of 1/1.5 Ton Air Conditioner as per direction of engineer -in - charge. (Including gas filling, Excluding fittings & Electrical Consumables, Refrigerant R-22 gas)

Breakdown maintenance 1/1.5 Ton Air Conditioner as per direction of engineer -in- charge.(Including gas filling, Excluding fittings & Electrical Consumables, Refrigerant R-22 gas)

Preventive Maintenance of 3 & 4 Ton Air Conditioner as per direction of engineer -in- charge. (Including gas filling, Excluding fittings & Electrical Consumables, Refrigerant R-22 gas)

Breakdown maintenance 3 & 4 Ton Air Conditioner as per direction of engineer -in- charge.(Including gas filling, Excluding fittings & Electrical Consumables, Refrigerant R-22 gas)

Shifting of ACs from one location to another including supply of all required materials to complete the job as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Oil Filtration of 2 nos. of 1600 KVA, 11/0.433kV transformer along with OLTC chamber by stream line filter machine for improving the insulation strength of oil to required strength including testing of BDV, topping up of transformer oil including arranging of Filter machine by the contractor as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. Conforms to IS 1866 (2000).

Rewinding of Ceiling/ Exhaust Fan along with bush/bearing replacement by approved make copper enamel wires of specific insulation; varnishing; heating; including cost of Iabour, materials and transportation from /return to NRL workshop.
