Overhauling of Strong Acid Cation Vessel (SAC). This work involves removal of resin, checking, cleaning and reloading of resin. Dismantling, inspection of internals, rectification if any and re-assembling of internals in the SAC – II, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Overhauling of Weak Base Anion Vessel (WBA). This work involves removal of resin, checking, cleaning and reloading of resin. Dismantling, inspection of internals, rectification if any and re-assembling of internals in the WBA – II, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Overhauling of Strong Base Anion Vessel (SBA). This work involves removal of resin, checking, cleaning and reloading of resin. Dismantling, inspection of internals, rectification if any and re-assembling of internals in the SBA – II, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Overhauling of Mixed Bed (MB). This work involves removal of resin, checking, cleaning and reloading of resin. Dismantling, inspection of internals, rectification if any and re-assembling of internals in the MB – II, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Charges for spark testing the rubber lined ION Exchange vessels of SAC, WBA, SBA and Mixed bed before & after rubber patching / rubber lining works including spark testing machine, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Charges for removal of existing rubber lining, sand blasting / Surface cleaning the internals and distribution headers of SAC inner header & inner tank surface area, WBA inner header, SBA inner header and mixed bed inner header, coating of adhesive compound providing 8 hour gap between each coating before patching of natural rubber, rubber lining (Vulcanizing) by hot banding process, including cost of consumables and T&P hire charges.
Charges for rubber grommets OD – 75mm, ID – 45 mm with undercut OD – 54.7 mm with 10mm
