Cleaning and dewatering septic tanks with sludge, filter beds and cleaning of manhole blockage by using heavy duty sewage dewatering pump once in a month and disposal in defence land to a distance exceeding 500 mtr from suction point including cleaning man holes and septic tanks, manually as required to remove any unwanted materials of any kind etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :-Rate quoted by contractor includes bring sewage dewatering pump with FOL, cutting and cleaning of bushes, shrubs, jungle trees etc along the approach road, around septic tanks, filter beds.

Cleaning the blockages (from inside) in IPWCs / EPWCs / WHBs/ Urinals / kitchen traps etc, to the vertical stack pipe line by giving pressure including opening the / grating cover removal the blockage and foreign material; cleaning ways of the pipe including rodding, butch etc as required; all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Demolition of brick work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including quoins, arches, pillars etc and precast concrete articles and deposing off the rubbing materials outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work for sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, etc. for embedding / fixing RCC fencing posts or struts including use and waste of formwork as required/ordered complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning top surface of the RCC roof by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooming and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and removing from the site 5 to 10 KM from the starting point as where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting and cleaning of blocked strom water darin / nallaha and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate and other similar waste material for smooth flowing / functioning of storm water and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and removing grass, bushes, vegetable and unwanted plant growing near rainwater pipes and Y junction of sewar pipe near sanitary lines and parapet of roof, chajjas and shaft portion of building etc and surfaces finishes properly with plaster in cement mortar 1:1 and applying two coats of cement based paint for complete panels to match with teh existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
