Earth work excavation for pavement & drain in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone including all incidental charges, dewatering if found necessary etc., complete.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild Grade Beam Coloumn Upto Grade

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in C.M. 1:5 (One cement and five sand) mixing with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement using second class bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2" etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12 mm thick in all floors including cost of scafolding, finishing, curing etc.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

Towards cost and supply of Tubeler channel including all charges 65mm GI Sqr. Pipe

Roofing with PPGI sheet of 0.47mm thick including cost of material and labour for fixing etc. cmplete. For 10m2

Distembering two coats with best approved distember with priming one coat over New cement plastered wall suface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion Painting two coats over New Cement Plastered surface using Exterior Emulsion Paint including with Priming one coat cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
