Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings nexc 15cm thickness including floor finishes like tiles if any of any description. (below or above ground level)

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishers

M&L Prepolished coloured cement concrete chequered tiles premium qlty with glazed finished of size 300x300x25mm and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the shade of the tiles as in paving/foot path etc as required complete as per manufacturer’s instructions and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as plinth protection./paving/footpath.

M&L for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC Type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath, hardstanding, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L non-skid ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm th (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought course masonry in cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railing and similar work including attached pilaster, buttresses etc; vertical or to batter, flat faced with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) on wall surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for three coats of white washing on new plaster wall surface over primer including preparation of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts struts (wood , steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick and making good.

Dismantling of fencing wire /barbed wire, any type

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m in hard/dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed

S&F Mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for railings, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, flat iron for posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in bands, straps, clamp, wall ties conforming to Fe 290 Gde F-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel Round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing any size and any type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing including wires any mesh, size and any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm shank dia neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screws the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
