Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) using old size bricks completeas in manholes etc all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4

M& L Providing cement concrete in Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, water throughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles andf throating complete all as spcifiecd

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed of Compound wall etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Site clearance around wall complete all as specified and as ddirected

M&L for external rendering 20 mm thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface.and Chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on old wall surface including preparation of surface, washing and rubbing down.and Chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coat of Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)including preparation of Surface complete all as specified.

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F Rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) GDE Fe 410-0 W (Gde E-250) quality A

M&L of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc., as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) of approved shades, machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in Cladding, Gate pillars, walls etc including Edges grinding,half round, full round as required cement morar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including cutting and polishing etc complete.

S&F in repair Stainless Steel polished Letters of grade 304, 2 mm thick fixed to wall cladding in suitable arrangement and height of each letter not less than 30 CM )

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
