GSB Grade-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material in widening portion and compacted thickness 12.50cm spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 and as per direction of E/I.

WBM G-2 Providing and laying in width 3.75m and compacted thickness 7.50cm spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading -2. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 405 (2) and as per direction of E/I.

WBM Grading - 3 Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity as per MORD technical specification clause 405 and as per direction of E/I.

Brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 7 cm. (3'') wide 12cm. (4.50'') deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labour,T&P etc.complete. complete as per PWD detailed specification No.-20.15 as per SOR No-Chapter-1 (12)

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg / sqm using mechanical means. Complete work as per technical specification clause 502 of MORD

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepaired bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 MORD

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant (HMP 30/40 t per hour), laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per MORD Techincal Specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by mechanical means with VG-10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Techincal Specification clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 Sr. no. 3.14 MORD 303.1
