Taking down cement plaster on any description including taking down of existing roof treatment, scrubbing down with water and prepare to receive new plastering.

Demolition of mud in roof incl mud/ clay tiles any thickness including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smoth with out using extra cement.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not.less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non Woven polyester matt weighing not.less than 150o Centigrade , having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5 cm in longitudnal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15cm over lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /sqm over the membrane a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg per sqm all as specified.

Material and labour Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs , walls, cleaning out wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry in Cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound.

M&L for providing cement concrete TypeB0 1:2:4 (12.5mm raded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store boreof pipe in 20 mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) bore of pipe in 20mm

S&L ' Medium grade' galvanised Tubes 20 mm dia, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in repairs for gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed , bore of pipe 20mm.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position . Capacity of tank 500Lts.

M&L Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing, brooming down or steel wire brushing or scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent slats, and applying one coat of white wash on walls.

All as per item no.13 above but on ceiling

M&L preparation of old distempered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coats of distemper oil emlusion

All as per item no.15 above but on ceiling.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel work of any description exc 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint.

All as per item no. 17 above but wooden surfaces
