Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc as in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matc including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick in dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with pigment including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including provision of 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Glazed ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick of size 450 x 300 mm , in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including provision of 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 20 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in single piece in riser steps, skirting or dadao and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 rates including moulding , rounding & Mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.
