Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means over areas (exceeding 10 Sqm. in plan & 1.5 m in width) at all depths in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, all types of laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/ shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under appendix to these specifications whether in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil at all lifts, including pumping or bailing out water and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer within a lead of 50mt and all lift etc. complete.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in superstructure from floor I level upto floor V level.

Providing and laying exposed decorative laterite masonry in cladding using patradevi stone of average thickness 75mm laid at all heights using cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and all other required materials ,tools,tackels,scaffholding etc.complete and as directed by Engineer.

Constructing brick masonry manhole or inspection chamber with second class bricks in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement :5 fine sand) R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand ;4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size foundation concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement ;2 coarse sand :4 graded stone agrregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cemetn and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) neatly finished complete as per standard design.Inside size 60 x 60cm and 60cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610mm internal diameter total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg. (weight of cover 23 kg).

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:All works upto plinth level

Providing and laying upto floor five level cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including smooth finishing to exposed surfaces, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including centering and shuttering etc.- String courses, copings, bedplates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like.
