Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

The size of rail & style shall be as per IS 1003 part-1 kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated incl one coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of door shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of window shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mmx 47 mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforce with M.S square tube as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for styleand plain coloured PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plaincolour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvetn cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and as per drawing complete all as specified

Mild Steel works as in bends straps, hold fasts etc, conforming to IS-206 (Fe-290), embedded portion duly painted with bituminious paint and sanded, complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made box type steel window with side hung shutters with pintle hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolts to each shutter, steel handle and with glazing bars, including flat iron 50 x 6 mm for cover gaps and flat iron 12 x 3 mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made box type steel section ventilator with top/centre hung shutter double leaf shutter for glazing and wire gauze with pintle hinges & 01 No 150mm mild steel tower bolt, hinges, steel peg stay, steel handle to each shutter, steel handle dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified. Note for item No. 24.00, 25.00 & 26.00 : Glass/Wire mesh required for fixing in window and ventilator will be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. However the quoted rate deemed to include for necessary fixing of glass.

(b) Cleaning and rinsing the tank using fresh water to wash out complete and allowed to dry for 30 min. (c) Writting detals of 7 cm height using synthetic enamel paint(white/black colur) to mention date of cleaning including rubbing out old letters written over the tank, complete as specified.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces with sand papering of walls incl cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stoping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior quality (Apex painting) (tint as approved by GE) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint (1st quality) with and incl curing the surfaces and curing the same after application of cement base paint (tint as approved by GE) including sand paper or iron patti / flat complete all as specified.

Dismantling walls or ceiling boards (fibre,plup insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Material and labour for false ceiling with one layer of 'Lagap' standard boards manufactures by M/S Lafarge board Gypsum India Pvt Ltd at all height and levels standard boards of size 1220x1830x12.5mm standard board to be laid on 'LaGap universal channel (web 45mm premanufactures specifications metal thickness (BMT) 0.55 mm and length 3660 mm to be used as main channel as well as ceiling channel (Size of web 28mm flange 18/30 mm and length 3660 mm MBT 0.55 mm , and L angle (Length 3050 mm MBT 0.55mm )with using 5 mm dia GI wire adjustable suspended clip and finally the board are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look with which includes filling and finishing the tepered and square edges of the board with 'LaGyp' easy joint Gypsum based jointing compound "LaGyp" paper tape Complete all as per manufactures instructions and as per directed by Engr-In-Charge. The rate should include providing and laying two or more coats of oil bound distemper to give a neat and even finish including preparing the base with primor and scaffolding etc complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair GI metal suspended ceiling system OREO GI lay in plain of 600 x 600x 0.5mm (TEGULAR) Edge tiles in global white colour to be laid on strong 24mm T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the main runner with web height of 38mm. the tiles should have humidity resistance of 100% with light reflection of 62% Note: (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securly fixed to the structural soffit at 1200 mm maximum centre. The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer tahn 600mm require independant support. 600 x 600 mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees.
