Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of damp proof paint of approved make by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33 % dilution of Asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with smart care repair mortar (wherever required), filling of crack filler with smart care crack filler of approved make (wherever required) complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing APP membrane layer over the concrete surface & clean the surface free of dirt, dust, laitance etc. using wire brush, grinding machine and water jet machine and allow the surface to dry. Opening the cracks, if any, in V/U shape using electrically operated cutting machine. Cleaning the surface thoroughly from dust and loose particles using wire brush and air blower and treat it with the crack filler. After the proper cleaning opening the deboned surface at the terrace area and removing the same completely and cleaning the same applying the one coat of bonding agent of home shield advance latex plus direct material and allow it to dry for 30 mins and fill the area with cement, sand, water and advance latex plus completely to give the bonding to the old surface and flow of water to the outlests. Supplying and Applying of approved makepaint of super latex + as bond coat ocer the cleaned surface, and allow it to dry for 2-3 hours for the proper penetration of the material and seal the max porosity inside the concrete slab. Supplying and applying of the water based Elastomeric PU membrane having good crack bridging and waterproofing property over the concrete surface with approved two coat exterion paint in vertically and and horizontally applied to give the better waterproofing to the existing surface on the terrace and parapet wall to have the better bonding for the longer period.

Taking down of cement plaster from wall surfaces of any description etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:6) on fair faces of block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even an smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M& L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:4) on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats on wall/ceiling of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
